Enchanted Outdoor Advertising

Nestled in the lush forests near Salem, Oregon, the Enchanted Forest Theme Park is a whimsical destination that has delighted visitors since 1971. Designed by Roger Tofte and voted Newsweek's Best Family-Owned Amusement Park in 2024, this roadside venue offers a unique blend of fairy tale charm, thrilling rides, and engaging attractions that make it a must-visit for families and adventure seekers alike.

For the past thirty years, Meadow Outdoor Advertising has helped the park promote Roger Tofte's vision for Enchanted Forest by posting advertising that directs traffic from the busy I-5 corridor in Northeast Salem to the park's Turner, Oregon, location south of the city.

Tofte, who celebrated his 94th birthday in July 2024, was a draftsman and artist. In 1964, he purchased 20 acres of land and began creating attractions using fairy tales and nursery rhymes as guides. He worked on the project after his day job and on weekends. The park opened seven years later. Toft's family took over the day-to-day operations in the early 1990s, about the same time that Meadow Outdoor Advertising built the structure that has displayed Enchanted Forest's billboard advertising ever since.
