Meadow is Named the 2nd Best Small Business to Work for in Oregon

Recently, Meadow Outdoor has been named the 2nd best small business to work for in Oregon by Oregon Business Magazine! This year there were 73 contestants entered and Meadow came out ahead of nearly all of them. 2nd is up one spot from last year in 2023 when Meadow was named 3rd best small business to work for. For the last five years in a row Meadow has come in within the top 15 spots, and the last three years Meadow was in the top 5.

Two of Meadow’s five core values are compassion and family. The Meadow team is encouraged to practice compassion whether that’s for a client or a coworker going through a personal emergency. Meadow also refers to its team as a family. This means everyone respects each other as individuals, everyone works to pull their own weight, and covers each other when needed.

All the Oregon-based Meadow employees responded to a survey from the Oregon Business Magazine which is how Meadow was selected as 2nd in the rankings. In that anonymous survey, two employee quotes were pulled as examples of the kind of company Meadow is: "the company is fair and cares about the wellbeing of their employees” and that Meadow has “flexibility with work schedule; care and concern for employees and their families.”
